Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1Contact Us
Email info@beyondo2.ca with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the product is damaged or defective.
2Receive Authorization
We'll review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
3Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed. Always contact us first to receive your RMA number.
Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
